Easy and quick to make, you’ll be melting with joy over Blueberry Donuts!

Recipe Blueberry Donuts
- 250 grams of flour
- 1 packet dry yeast
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 250 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 250 grams of blueberries
- frying oil
Mix flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar. Add the milk and eggs and beat the flour well so that there are no more lumps.
Once the dough is smooth, let it rest at room temperature for an hour.
Gently stir in the blueberries.
Heat the frying oil and cook the donuts until golden brown.
After cooking, place on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
Sprinkle with icing sugar if desired and enjoy!
