On the menu this afternoon: basque chicken breadcrumbs
Ingredients for the pancake:
- 4 peppers
- 2 chicken fillets
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 tomatoes
First step of the recipe, cut the chicken fillets, taking care to remove the cartilage and tendons.
For the seasonal vegetable pepper, clean the green and red peppers and chop the beautiful tomatoes.
To prepare our Basque recipe, the chef sears the chicken fillets in a pan for ten minutes. In a pot, the chef cooks the vegetables to which he adds garlic and onion to add more flavor.
It’s time to try the good basque chicken galette.
Serve warm with a green salad. On the table!!!
