Ingredients: Potatoes, oil, salt.
- Peel the potatoes.
- Cut them into sticks.
- Wash the cut potatoes under running water and pat dry.
- Submerge the fry in the first bath of fry.
- Judge the action by the color of the fry.
- Drain the fry from the first bath, before placing them again in a second fry bath.
- Salt then taste.
Choose potatoes with yellow flesh to get nice golden fries.
