Roast chicken is always a good idea! Today it’s flavored with parsley oil and garlic and herb cheese for even more flavor in every bite. Recipe Baked chicken with parsley


  • 1 free range chicken
  • 1 bunch flat parsley
  • 30 g soft butter
  • 150 g of garlic and herb cheese
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 30 cl of water



Wash and roughly chop the parsley, then mix it with the soft butter. Salt and pepper.


Carefully peel the skin off the chicken, starting at the neck, and rub the parsley oil all over the skin without tearing it. Place the garlic and herb cheese inside the free-range chicken, then brush all over.


Place the chicken on a plate. Dissolve stock cubes in boiling water and pour 1 cm into the bottom of the pot.


Bake at 180°C for 1 hour and 15 minutes, basting the chicken regularly with the juices. Serve hot with the juice collected in the dish.
