Spinach and goat cheese gratin

ingredients:
– 400 g of pasta
– 200 g of spinach
-1 carcass of goat cheese
-80cl bechamel
-2 cloves of garlic
-1 teaspoon of nutmeg
-1 handful of grated cheese
Preparation:
1. To start this recipe, cook pasta according to package directions in a pot of boiling water. You can then drain them and scatter them in the gratin dish.
2. Thaw the spinach and mix it in a bowl with the béchamel, nutmeg and minced garlic. Place slices of goat cheese on top of the pasta and cover with the spinach mixture.
3. You can sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the gratin for 15 minutes at 180°C. Serve hot at the table.
Trick: You can very well diversify the cheese with mozzarella, for example.

Ingredients:
-200 g of flour
-140 g powdered sugar
– 180 g of butter
-6 figs
-2 apples
-1 lemon
– 1 packet of vanilla sugar
Preparation:
1. Start by washing the fruit, then peel the apples. Then place the fruit pieces in a buttered pan and mix them together. Pour the juice of half a lemon.
2. In a bowl, first mix the sifted flour, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the soft butter cubes and rub in your hands to make a sandy paste. Feel free to add a little flour if the dough gets too sticky. Then cover the fruit to perfect your crumble.
3. Place the cake in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 210°C. Watch the cooking. You can serve your crumble hot.
Ratatouille with Cuqueo

Ingredients:
-1 zucchini
-1 eggplant
-4 tomatoes
-1 red pepper
– 1 head of yellow onion
-3 cloves of garlic
-1 bouquet garnish
– 20 cl of water
– Olive oil
Preparation:
1. First wash the courgettes, eggplant, tomatoes and red pepper and cut them into pieces, set aside. Then chop the onion and garlic cloves.
2. Pour a generous drizzle of olive oil into the Cookeo tank and cook for 2 minutes in the golden, onion and garlic. You can add the pieces of eggplant, zucchini and tomato and continue cooking for another 2 minutes.
3.You can integrate the garni bouquet and pour the water. Let it cook for 10 minutes in Cookeo on pressure mode. Your ratatouille is ready, bon appetit!
Apple pie

Ingredients:
-1 butter dough
-3 apples
-1 tablespoon of orange blossom
-15cl fresh cream
-1 jar of apricot jam
-2 tablespoons of honey
Preparation:
1. First, roll out the butter dough on the bottom of a pie pan and poke holes in the bottom with a fork.
2. In a salad bowl, mix the orange blossom, honey and fresh cream, then spread this mixture over the tart.
3. Then wash the apples and cut into thin strips. Spread them over the cream to cover the entire surface. Then put a layer of apricot jam on top of each fruit.
4. You can cook for 30 minutes at 210°C. Enjoy both hot and cold.
Trick: Like many desserts, apple pie can be accompanied by a sweet bubbly for a more festive side.
Smoked salmon and potato salad

For the salad:
– 4 potatoes
-2 smoked salmon steaks
-1 bunch of thyme
-3 bay leaves
-3 carrots
For the seasoning:
-30cl cheese blanc
– 1 half lemon
-1 tablespoon of chives
-1 tablespoon of mustard
-7cl olive oil
Preparation:
1. First boil the potatoes in a large pot of boiling water. Then poke a fork to check that they are well melted. Then drain and set aside to cool.
2. Next, make the seasoning: mix together the cottage cheese and the juice of half a lemon, as well as the mustard and olive oil. Finish with the chopped chives, stirring the sauce and chill for 15 minutes.
3. You can then grate the carrots and put them in a large salad bowl. Also crumble the smoked salmon steaks and add the diced potatoes. Finally, pour the sauce and treat everyone. Have a nice lunch!
Trick: For a heartier meal, feel free to offer poached eggs with hollandaise sauce.
Broccoli Ham Quiche

-1 puff pastry
-2 slices of ham
– 200 g of broccoli
-30cl fresh cream
-2 eggs
-1 teaspoon of nutmeg
-1 carcass of goat cheese
Preparation:
1. First, roll the puff pastry into a pie dish and pierce the bottom with a fork. A book.
2. Next, cook the broccoli florets in a steamer (like a Cookeo), then drain. Spread them over the slush. Add the crumbled goat cheese as well as the sliced ham.
3. In a large bowl, mix together the fresh cream, eggs and nutmeg, then pour in your entire recipe.
4. Bake your broccoli quiche in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
Trick: Instead of ham, you can put smoked bacon.
Chicken curry, rice and peas

-4 chicken breasts
– 2 carrots
– 200 g canned peas
-300 g of white rice
-2 tablespoons of curry
-1 teaspoon of saffron
-1 teaspoon of ginger
-2 cloves of garlic
– 1 head of yellow onion
– Vegetable oil
-1 tablespoon of cornstarch
-10cl fresh cream
Preparation:
1. In a wok, you can start by frying the chopped yellow onion in the wok pan. Pour in a drizzle of vegetable oil, then add the chopped garlic.
2. Cut the chicken breast into pieces and add to the wok, let it brown for 2 minutes. Then add the curry, ginger and saffron. Stir again. Then cut carrot sticks and put them.
3. Meanwhile, heat rice according to package directions. Then drain it and add it to the recipe. Take a ladleful of water from the rice to moisten the food in the wok.
4. Then mix the cornstarch and fresh cream, add a little curry. Then stir in the wok. Salt to your taste.
5. Finally, add the peas and cook for 2 minutes. Stir.
6. Serve this wok chicken curry to your guests.
