Recipe Chicken pasta with Alfredo sauce
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 400 g of chicken breast
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 500 ml of water
- 1 cube of chicken stock
- 200 ml of heavy cream
- 250 g foam
- 60 g Parmesan
- 130 g of baby spinach
- salt pepper
Heat the oil in a large pan and add the diced chicken breast and minced garlic cloves.
Leave to color for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, dilute the chicken stock in very hot water.
Pour the stock and cream into the pan, stir and add the raw pasta.
Cover and simmer over moderate heat for about 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
Finally, add the Parmesan and the washed baby spinach. Stir and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
