Recipe for thin mushroom tart

Fine tarts are always a success: with courgettes, potatoes, mushrooms… You are sure to enjoy every time!

Mushrooms can be prepared in a thousand and one ways: in risotto, in arancini, pan-fried, as a side dish to a good chicken or, as here, in a crispy and terribly gourmet pie. The recipe is super easy and super quick, and if you want an even faster version, replace the curd preparation with garlic and herb cheese and you’re good to go!

Mushroom tart recipe

For 4 people
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time : 15 minutes

Ingredients:

– 1 puff pastry
– 100 g of cottage cheese
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 1/2 bunch of parsley
– 500 g of mushrooms of your choice
– 1 egg yolk

1. In a bowl, add the cottage cheese and the chopped parsley, then finely chop the garlic.

2. Season and mix until a homogeneous preparation is obtained.

3. Roll out the puff pastry.
