Sauteed chicken with penne and baby spinach

Peel the garlic clove, remove the seed, chop it.
Rinse baby spinach quickly, pat dry.
Cut the chicken into small strips.
Cook the penne in a large pot of salted boiling water for about 10 minutes. Adjust the cooking according to your taste, al ‘dente or more tender. Drain them.
Heat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Fry the chicken for a few minutes, then add the garlic. Allow to brown, then add the spinach. When the spinach is melted, add the penne, salt, pepper, stir and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately.
Prepare the fried spinach chicken at the same time as cooking the pasta, and your recipe will only require about fifteen minutes of prep and cooking. You can also cook the pasta in advance, let it cool, which will allow you to make a dish even faster.
