Equally delicious, marinated and baked, today we prepare chicken with a recipe that you will love: chicken wings! These barely seasoned, caramelized chicken wings are endlessly gobbling/hungry! To share as an aperitif, for example, dip them in a spicy barbecue sauce until you lick your fingers, it’s so delicious… Dare to recreate the famous KFC-style fried chicken, you will be amazed!
Recipe Spicy chicken wings
- 12 chicken wings
- 70 g of butter
- 1 C. tablespoon flour (well rounded)
- 100 ml of honey
- 50 ml hot sauce
- 1 C. soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 lime
- salt pepper
Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Melt the butter and add the flour to form a roll. When the preparation becomes foamy, pour in the honey, hot sauce and soy sauce. Mix well and add the pressed garlic cloves and the juice of half a lime.
Season with salt and pepper before pouring over the chicken wings. Stir to coat them all in the marinade, then bake for 30 minutes.
Enjoy warm with sauce!
