With frozen spinach, this original and aromatic preparation will delight your taste buds, we promise! To save time in the kitchen, dare to serve a bowl of spinach pasta with bacon. Prepare an elegant and gourmet roast turkey with mushrooms and spinach!

Chakchouka recipe with spinach


  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 500 grams of frozen spinach
  • 80 grams of heavy cream
  • 4 eggs
  • salt pepper
  • Chopped parsley
  • 1 small chili (optional)



Cut the cloves of garlic and finely chop the onion. Fry everything in a large pan over medium heat.


Once the garlic and onion are translucent, add the spinach and turn up the heat. Stir constantly until the spinach water evaporates completely.


Add fresh cream and mix well. Make four small wells then crack the egg. Cover the pan and let the eggs cook (the whites must be well set).


Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Add a few slices of pepper if desired.


Enjoy the spinach dip immediately!
