Ingredients for 2 people
2 chicken breasts, 100 g of chorizo, 1 onion, 1 red pepper, 2 cloves of garlic, 3 tomatoes, olive oil, black pepper powder, salt.
Remove the skin from the chorizo, cut half into thin slices and the rest into small cubes. I’m booking. Season the soups with salt and cayenne pepper. I’m booking. Peel the onion and garlic and saute them.
Cut red pepper with seeds into thin strips. Peel the tomatoes and roughly chop them. Fry the steaks in a little oil, set them aside and fry the chorizo pieces in the same pan for 1 minute.
Take them out and fry the onion and garlic on low heat for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and chorizo cubes, mix well, then replace the chicken, adjust the seasoning and simmer for about 10 minutes.
Serve the dish garnished with thin slices of chorizo.
