Thanks to its success, the most “French” pizza is available 2nd address in the capital. His specialty? Giving pride of place to French terroir, keeping the traditional Italian pizza recipes we love so much. And the bet could not be more successful!
After a warm welcome, we sit down at the dining table. Pizzou Aligre, where there is a delicious atmosphere of a trattoria. A pizza oven brought back from Italy, exposed stones, bistro tables and chairs… As for the decor, Parisian chic goes well with shoe charm.
On the menu? 5 new delicious pizzas, in addition to those already filling the menu well. We secrete saliva in this way for “The Good Mother” which takes us to Marseilles cheap with its anchovy and milk flower, “La Picot” with spicy Averon sausage or “Enricota Macias” with the aroma of grilled eggplant. Gourmets can also try “Brie Aubrac” with delicious Brie de Maux AOC and Buff & Bourre & Burratam crowned with its star product: the Burratina!
And to enhance our beautiful terroir, Pizzou didn’t do things by halves! To Frenchify the famous Italian specialty, his team traveled around France to improve his pizzas. 100% Made in France ingredients. Burrata from the 4-star La Ferme in Yvelines, flour from Grands Moulins de Paris, Corsican sausages… We enjoy!
Note that to make it so light and airy, pizza dough from Pizzou is prepared by hand. Let sit for 48 to 72 hours, then cook on medium heat. With dough like what we’re telling you, you’ll never leave your pavements are dragging on the plate!
